People v. Michael T. New York County, May 5, 2018

Client was accused of selling a quantity of narcotics to a woman on the upper west side of Manhattan but Manhattan Narcotics police officers. RESULT: After a trial the client was found NOT GUILTY by a jury.

Client was accused of selling narcotics (crack cocaine) to an undercover police officer. RESULT: After a jury trial, client was found NOT GUILTY.

People v. Christopher. C. New York County: February 5, 2014

Client was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm. The United States Marshal's Service entered the client's apartment searching for a fugitive and during the search, they found a loaded handgun. RESULT: After a suppression hearing, the Court ruled in our favor that the client's apartment was illegally searched and suppressed the gun. Case was DISMISSED.

People v. Rodway. M. Kings County: March 5, 2013

Client was arrested for Murder in the Second Degree. Brooklyn District Attorney brought the case to trial with a top count of Manslaughter in the First Degree where client was accused of pushing and kicking the deceased over a stairway railing causing him to fall and sustain injuries that lead to his death. RESULT: After a jury trial, client was found NOT GUILTY.

People v. Barry. C. New York County: February 7, 2013

Client accused of Robbery in the Second Degree and the District Attorney claimed that the client was found in possession of the stolen property after a police arranged identification procedure, and the client allegedly confessed. RESULT: After hearings conducted into the Constitutionality of the Police conduct, all evidence against the client suppressed and case is DISMISSED.

People v. Mikey. S. Kings County: October 22, 2012

Client accused of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. It was the client's second arrest for a DWI offense in less than 3 years. RESULT: After hearings, the DWI related charges where DISMISSED and the client accepted a plea to the traffic infraction of speeding.

Client was accused of Attempted Rape in the First Degree. Prosecutor accused the client of attempting to have forcible sexual intercourse with a co-worker after a charity event. RESULT: After a Jury Trial, the client was found NOT GUILTY.

People v. Sergey. B., Kings County: October 29, 2009

Client was accused of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol (DWI). Prosecutor claimed that client had a motor vehicle accident while his blood alcohol level was 0.22 (more than twice the legal limit). RESULT: After a Jury trial, the client was found NOT GUILTY.

People v. Evans. P-L., Kings County: September 15, 2009

Client was accused of Criminal Possession of a Weapon (a loaded handgun). Prosecutor claimed that the police recovered a handgun from the client's pants leg, and that the client confessed after being read his Miranda Rights. RESULT: Trial resulted in a hung jury, 11-1 in favor of acquittal. On the next court appearance, the District Attorney DISMISSED the indictment.

Client was accused of Criminal Possession of a Weapon (a loaded handgun). Prosecutor claimed that the client was found inside an apartment with drugs and a gun when the police executed a search warrant. RESULT: After a Jury trial, the client was found NOT GUILTY of the weapons charge.
